The Vision Behind
Firenze Concierge
Experiencing Italy in depth goes far beyond visiting iconic destinations. It requires insight, discernment, and privileged access.
That philosophy defines Firenze Concierge. Founded by Luciana, the company curates authentic Italian experiences with sophistication, intention, and a deep understanding of what makes each journey truly exceptional.
Living in Florence since 2016, Luciana has built her expertise through a degree in Luxury Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni and a Master's in Luxury Business at Polimoda.
She also contributed to the hospitality project of the historic Palazzo Pucci, in collaboration with Maison Emilio Pucci, part of the LVMH Group—an experience that deepened her understanding of Italian lifestyle, luxury hospitality, and exceptional service.
After nearly a decade living in Italy, traveling across 22 countries, and with more than 20 years of experience in luxury events, Luciana has developed a refined international perspective on destinations, gastronomy, wine, and cultural experiences.
She is also a certified tour guide, officially licensed by the Italian government.
